Worldwide Warranty Policy
Impression Cymbals limited worldwide warranty policy covers all defects in material and workmanship in all our cymbals for two (2) years from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. In the case of potential manufacturing or material defect, all warranty claims should be made to the retailer where your cymbal was purchased from.
The damaged cymbal, for inspection.
A photocopy or scan of your dated and itemized sales receipt.
The cymbal will be inspected by the authorized representative of Impression Cymbals to determine the nature and likely cause of damages. Some claims may be rejected on the following basis:
Damages showing clear signs of excessive force and abuse, including but not limited to severe and/or multiple cracks, edge cracks and cracks around the bell of the cymbal, are not covered by the warranty.
Cymbals which have been dropped, or are damaged in transport will not be subject to replacement under the warranty program.
Any mechanical alterations to a cymbal which are performed by anyone other than an authorized representative of Impression Cymbals will void your warranty, and the cymbal will not be subject to replacement.
To help us identify the reason for a potential breakage, whenever you notice damage in your cymbal, immediately refrain from playing it any further. Please note that cymbals purchased second hand will not be subject to replacement under our warranty program.
